Are there any comments or feedback you’d like to share about the facilitators?

"I have spent a lot of time working with therapists and psychiatrists from around the world over the last decade, and never have experienced such safety and intellect surrounding therapy as I did during the retreat - it was so greatly appreciated.  Antonia's expertise across different types of therapies, business and family is incredibly rare and valuable. I couldn't be more grateful to have the opportunity to learn from, and personally grow, as a result of having exposure to such world class therapy.  Thank you, thank you." - Anon

Did you feel supported throughout the retreat by both the team and facilitators?

"Antonia is certainly in a class of her own and she made the retreat a powerful, meaningful and beautiful experience. Having never attended a group therapy session, I was somewhat apprehensive; however, through her attentive and respectful approach she created a safe space for all to participate. The sessions were thoughtfully structured (e.g. art therapy, group discussions, pairings), creating an environment where participants could share their stories and learn from one another. This collective sharing was transformative, allowing me to gain deep insights not just from my own experiences but from the perspectives and journeys of others. Antonia was exceptional in handling complex topics with care, ensuring that each individual’s story was met with respect and understanding. This respectful approach made the discussions not only enlightening but deeply affirming. Safe to say, the two days which Antonia facilitated not only exceeded my expectations but were much more impactful that some therapy sessions I've had with others which have spanned months." - AL

Were there any sessions or activities you found particularly relevant or enjoyable?

"Art therapy; it was run in such a way that enabled me to dream and connect with my deepest desires in a positive way - something I've really struggled to do recently.  Also, all of the group therapy sessions were so powerful: they provided space for personal reflection, and also the opportunity to learn from others - even when I was focusing my thoughts on one area, when someone else shared something more often than not it resonated with my experience too." - E

Would you attend a similar retreat in the future or recommend it to others?

"Absolutely.  Having dedicated space to reflect on areas that are most important, and challenging to me, combined with some of the very best therapeutic support in the world, is absolutely invaluable.  I know both in the short term, and the longer term, my life and relationships will be better because of this investment in myself - and I hope others will have the opportunity to have this experience." - E

What were the most valuable insights or skills you gained?

"Identifying old identities and old patterns of thinking that no longer serve, and being able to be kinder and more loving to myself whilst I bring in a new identity" - JB

Did the retreat positively impact your personal development, relationships, or outlook?

"Yes.  I came into the retreat not only tired, but having lost hope in feeling joy again.  Through the safe and honest environment I was reminded of how to connect with joy, and my truest self.  Although it seems simple, it's really hard to do - at least has been for me recently, and I'm starting to see how this is negatively impacting not only my life, but also work.  I feel I have some new tools to help me with this personal growth, and although it's hard, am re-newed in my commitment to personal growth in some of the hardest areas of life for me." - E

"It had absolutely impact on my personal development.especially in Setting boundaries"  - DS

"Yes. I've been able to really cement the idea of letting go of old identities and bringing in a new one." - JB

"Yes, it provided me with perspective and confidence that I am capable of pausing, reflecting and choosing the right actions which prioritise me." - AL
